We control risk before production, verify results during machining, and take responsibility after delivery.
We review every design before machining. We check tolerances, geometry, and material behavior to reduce manufacturability risks and optimize production cost.
Unless specified, we machine to ISO 2768-m. Material Test Reports are available on request. Third-party testing for RoHS, REACH, and UL compliance can be arranged upon request.
First Article Inspection (FAI) and CMM reports are available on request. We use CMM and air gauging to verify tight-tolerance features down to ±0.005 mm.
We perform periodic in-process sampling throughout production. We track variation during production and inspect all parts before shipment.
We track materials, batches, and inspection records based on project needs. ISO 7 cleanroom assembly is available for sensitive parts.
If a defect is confirmed to be caused by us, we rework, replace, or refund. For usage-related issues, we provide technical review and support case by case.

Fast preci have been excellent from start to finish. I dealt with Richelle mainly and she was very helpful and
considering the time zone difference, was nearly always on hand, which is impressive.
They are incredibly attentive and endeavour to realise every design you have no matter how technical it may be. I
ordered some custom and very technical carbon fibre designs that is sent to them using step files and drawings, I
received them very quickly and can confirm they are perfect. I can’t thank Richelle and Fast preci enough.

Fast Preci was able to fabricate my parts perfectly to my specifications for much less than the other companies I contacted AND they were able to deliver it a week and a half sooner than I expected! Despite a price quote and estimated delivery date that almost seemed too good to be true, they totally exceeded my expectations. Communication with the project manager was thorough and quick throughout the whole process, and I would definitely order from them again if I need similar services in the future. Highly recommended!
